Problem	Solutions
There is no sound coming out of the speakers on the student computers	-Check cable from speakers are connected to audio jack. -Check to see if speakers are turned on. -Check the volume knob is at least on the middle notch. -Check the volume control on the computer.
I can’t connect to the network	-Check your Username and Password. -Make sure the CAPS lock is not on. -Make sure you are not logged in on another computer.
My computer keeps freezing up on me	-Force close any programs open. -Restart the computer – updates may be needed. -Let teacher know – virus scan may be needed.
My printer won’t print	-Make sure printer is on. -Check for any paper jams – remove. -Double check to see if the job you sent went to the correct printer.
My SMARTboard pens aren’t working	-Make sure the ready light is green. -If not, check the cable. -Check to see if the computer that the SMARTboard is hooked up to is on. -Make sure the pens/eraser are in their slots. -Check to make sure the pen/eraser trays are clean.
